Commands
Every orvio command: login, logout, info, search, pull and bookmarks.
Six commands. Each page below is generated from the CLI's own help text and messages, and shows real output.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
orvio login | Opens your browser to sign in to Orvio and approve this device. |
orvio logout | Removes this device's authorization from your account and deletes the tokens stored on this computer. |
[orvio info [product]](/docs/cli/commands/info) | Without a product: the email you're signed in as and your plan. |
[orvio search [words]](/docs/cli/commands/search) | Searches the catalog by name and description. |
[orvio pull <product> [path]](/docs/cli/commands/pull) | Downloads the current release of <product>, checks its size and SHA-256, and only then writes its files into [path] (default: ./<product>). |
orvio bookmarks | Lists the products you saved on the website (saving and removing happens there). |
Options#
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
-h, --help | Show help. Also: orvio <command> --help. |
-v, --version | Show the CLI version. |
An unknown command or option is a usage error: the CLI says so, points to orvio --help and exits with code 1. It never ignores what it does not understand.
Environment#
| Variable | Meaning |
|---|---|
ORVIO_URL | The Orvio website to use. Default: https://orvio.design. |
ORVIO_NO_BROWSER | Set to 1 to print the sign-in link without opening a browser. |
Exit codes#
0 success, 1 an access or usage problem, 2 a network or service problem. See Exit codes.
The same account as MCP#
The CLI uses the same sign-in, membership and rules as the remote MCP server. info, search and bookmarks call the MCP tools get_product, search_products and list_bookmarks. See the Tools reference.
