01About these terms
1.1 Orvio is a subscription service for coded design products. It is operated by Driss Chelouati, sole trader, trading as Orvio, Blv Sahl Rhone, Residence Les Magnolias, Imm A02 App04, 12000 Temara, Morocco ("we", "us").
1.2 These terms are the agreement between us and the person or company that creates an Orvio account ("you"). By creating an account or buying a membership you accept them.
1.3 What you may do with the products you retrieve is set by the Orvio Member Licence (the License tab). The licence and these terms work together. If they conflict about the use of a product, the licence decides.
1.4 You can reach us through the support address on the Support tab.
02Your account
2.1 You sign in with an email address and password, with an email link, or with Google or GitHub. You must give a real email address that you can read, and keep it up to date.
2.2 You must be old enough to make a binding contract where you live, or act for a company that can.
2.3 Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what AI tools and the command-line tool do after you approve them (section 6). Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
2.4 One Individual membership is for one person. A Team membership covers five people, set up by the Team owner as the licence describes.
2.5 We may suspend an account, with a recorded reason, if these terms or the licence are broken or to protect the service. A suspension is reversible. While it lasts, you cannot retrieve products. Projects you already started stay licensed under the licence.
03Membership and access
3.1 An active paid membership (Individual or Team), or a free membership that an Orvio admin has granted, gives access to the whole catalog. All products are included in every plan.
3.2 You retrieve products as a ZIP download on the website, with the `orvio` command-line tool, or through Orvio's Agent MCP in your AI tool.
3.3 Only the latest release of each product is available. A new release replaces the one before it for downloads, the command-line tool and Agent MCP.
3.4 We may add, change, withdraw or restore products and releases. Withdrawing one does not end the licence for Projects you already started (licence section 7).
04Prices and payment
4.1 Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which sells the membership to you as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy issues your receipt and invoice, collects any tax that applies and shows the final price before you pay. Orvio never sees your card details.
4.2 The plans are Individual and Team, billed monthly or yearly. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. A price change applies from your next renewal, after we tell you.
4.3 A paid membership renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
4.4 If a payment fails, you keep access until the date we email you, and can update your payment method before then. If it is not put right, the membership ends.
05Cancelling, refunds and the right of withdrawal
5.1 You can cancel at any time in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (the link is in your account and in your emails). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and the membership does not renew.
5.2 If you are not satisfied for a valid reason, we will refund you, as the licence says in section 14. Write to us through the support address.
5.3 If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Orvio gives you the digital content as soon as you pay. Before checkout we ask you to say that you want access to start right away, and to confirm that you understand you then lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access starts. We record your answer with the date, and confirm it in the welcome email we send you.
5.4 This does not take away any right you have by law, including a right to a remedy if a product does not match what we described.
06AI tools, Agent MCP and the command-line tool
6.1 When you approve an AI tool or the command-line tool, it can retrieve products on your behalf. You can see what you approved, and revoke any of it, in Account, Integrations. We email you when you approve a new tool.
6.2 Use of these tools is limited by rate limits that protect the service. Normal use is allowed. Bulk extraction of the catalog with scripts or bots is not (licence section 9).
6.3 Giving a product to an AI tool gives the tool's provider no right to it.
07Using the service
You may not:
- share your sign-in or your approved tokens with people outside your membership;
- try to get around rate limits, access controls or the rule that only active members retrieve products;
- attack, overload or probe the service, or try to reach another person's data;
- use the service to break the law or someone else's rights.
08The service as we provide it
8.1 We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will run without interruption or error. We may update or pause it for maintenance.
8.2 Products are provided as the licence says, without warranty beyond what the law gives you. We do not promise that a product meets a legal requirement in your country or for your Client.
09Liability
9.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including for fraud, or your rights as a consumer.
9.2 To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, data or business, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, as licence section 15 says.
10Ending your account
10.1 You can stop using Orvio at any time. To have your account and data deleted, write to us from your account email (see the privacy notice). Deleting an account ends any membership and cannot be undone.
10.2 We may end your membership and access if you materially break these terms or the licence, after telling you and giving you reasonable time to fix what can be fixed.
10.3 When a membership ends, the licence says what stays: keep what you built, start nothing new.
11Changes to these terms
11.1 We may change these terms, for example when the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
11.2 We tell members by email before a change that affects them takes effect, and give reasonable notice. If you do not agree with the change, you can cancel before it applies. A change does not reduce the rights of a Project you already started.
12Governing law and disputes
12.1 Amicable settlement comes first, as licence section 18.1 describes. Write to us through the support address.
12.2 These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, and if no amicable settlement is reached the competent courts of Morocco have jurisdiction, as in the licence. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protection rights of the country where you live, and any right to bring a claim in its courts.
13Third-party software and fonts
13.1 The website uses open-source fonts (Geist, Geist Mono and Instrument Serif) under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Their copyright notices and the licence text are at /third-party-notices.txt.
13.2 Each product lists its own third-party material in its THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md file, as licence section 11 says.
